We had a fantastic time on our sea cave kayak tour with Chandler and Jessie! Our guides were super knowledgeable about the ecosystem and the wildlife. We saw sea lions, dolphins, pelicans, cormorants…Full review by Matt M

Cyril was great! We saw sharks, caves and sea lions safely and leisurely. Free, secure lockers for your belongings. I would certainly recommend this experience for novice kayakers.Full review by Ariel W

Yes, you can kayak solo. It is good that you have kayaked before so you know a little about what to expect. There is no requirement that but it helps to kayak with a partner because it can be tiring doing all of the paddling yourself. The guide is good about waiting for everyone in the group to catch up. if you go solo (which is completely do-able) then just be prepared to work harder to keep up with kayaks with 2 people. Have fun! You will love it.
Is there a time of day where the chances are higher of going into caves or seeing wildlife? we will be there in a about a week? Thanks!
A:
Not too my knowledge, I understood that they ran the trips at the appropriate times to allow access to the caves. The majority of the trip was out on open water.
We would like to maximize our chances of going in the cave. Obviously small waves will up our chances, but does it also need to be low tide?
A:
If the 2 guides determine you can navigate a tight turn, then you’ll be able to go in the cave during high or low tide. You need to know how to paddle backward to turn around in the cave.
