Lots of parking, beautiful views, and the silence of the countryside. The landlord also fitted fibre internet and has a beautiful sheep dog named Bessy.
Kitchen could do with some new pots, pans, and utensils.

It would help to have the property name on the gate-post and some extra shelving in the shower room would be useful for shaving kit, etc.
