It has a large south/west facing balcony which gets the sun from late morning till dusk.We have two comfy sofas in kthe sitting room (one is a Danish sofabed by BO- Concept),the twin beds in the bedroom have luxury memory foam mattresses.The five km promenade(all on the flat) is very popular with walkers. There is a secure on site car park but a car is not necessary as there is excellent public transport.
