Very expensive and not worth the money, dogs are allowed but this does not make it dog friendly especially for Lab sized dogs and bigger. Information given was not very informative.Full review by Dave W
Does it get flooded when outdoor weather is heavy raining ? Is it still practicable ?

As previously suggested, it can flood but this is infrequent because there is a large abyss where water can run through. I'd check with a phone call first. It's worth the wait.
Peak is larger and cooler looking, but speedwell has awesome history and you’re in a boat! So depends what you are looking for. Definitely try to do both. But if only one I say peak.
