The Breakers was decorated for the holiday, but visit anytime to learn the history and about the mansions structure. The fireplaces are amazing as well as the view.Full review by Trip16391587685
Is it possible to NOT a pay a ticket? I am not interested in the inside tour. I am interested in just seeing each mansions property and outside, getting some photos and moving on. Its confusing online because the tickets seem for INSIDE tours? But is it free to just admire from the outside? Thanks

You are missing a treat by not visiting the inside! If you take the time to research where the cost of admission goes, there isn’t a better value for the money spent. These wonderful mansions require a great deal of care and upkeep. It is remarkable for us to be granted a look back into the past for the price of one good glass of wine… Do yourself a favor…skip something else, but don’t miss going inside and outside to visit such a grand old piece of history!!
