You can buy tickets there. They had about 5 guided tours the first one starting at 11 am. We showed up at 1030 am and were the only two in the guided tour at 11 am.

As of July 2019 (usually updated annually, so if you're reading this past 2019, please check the current admission costs/programming), admission is as follows: Adults: $11 Seniors: $9 Children(11-17): $9 Children(6-10): $7 Children (0-5): Free There are also couple and group rates that include beverages and signature snacks, and on weekends there are Yukata rentals, (Japanese summer kimono) that include admission. Admission also includes access to daily guided tours, cultural demonstrations or activities, and to any public after-hours events as well. (Some after-hours events are ticketed events or private receptions, these are closed to the general public.)
