There are very few public parks where dogs are NOT permitted, like Inglewood Bird Sanctuary. Otherwise, the are permitted. As the person above mentioned, dogs must be on leash when they are off the owner's property, unless an "Off Leash" sign has been posted. There are so many off leash areas in Calgary, is it quite rare now to see dogs off leash illegally in other public places...
