Yes there is a gift shop, the staff are very helpful, it is well laid out and some nice gifts at reasonable prices, toilets are inside the gift shop so very accessable, when we went there we were there for about four hours, You can just turn up, but take a camera for those unforgettable moments, there are tours that can be booked, you will not be sorry. It is amazing experience
