Live Nation appointed Richard Grenell, the interim executive director at the Kennedy Center, to its board on Tuesday.

Richard Grenell is now a member of Live Nation Entertainment’s Board of Directors. On Tuesday, the organization, currently under investigation by the Department of Justice, announced the addition of the Trump-appointed Kennedy Center President to its Board.

Amid an antitrust battle with the Justice Department, global entertainment company Live Nation is adding one of the president’s closest advisors to its board.
