The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner identified the fifth victim killed in a deadly apartment fire on Mother's Day as 32-year-old Shakwanda Harris, a mother of five. Firefighters responded to the scene Sunday morning to find heavy smoke and flames in the 85-unit building near 27th Street and Highland Boulevard.
