Gabbard has claimed Obama and his top officials ran a “treasonous conspiracy” by insinuating they manufactured an investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election to undermine Trump’s first election.

A spokesperson for Obama said that while the office “does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response,” the Trump administration’s new “bizarre” and “ridiculous” allegations warranted one.
