Even though the Tar Heels literally just hired Belichick last December, the ongoing drama surrounding Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, leaves North Carolina in a very real world where the New England Patriots legend's tenure on Chapel Hill ends when his contract buyout drops from $10 million to $1 million on June 1.
