EDISON - The mysterious source of the water main break that left thousands of township residents without water last week has been discovered. Mayor San Joshi said the source of the water flow from the water main line that broke was identified and shut off Monday morning.

Edison residents said they finally have running water again after a massive 20-inch water main break left nearly 20,000 residents and businesses with low or no pressure. Most people had service restored by the next day,
