Grok, the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot owned by billionaire Elon Musk, ordered President Donald Trump on Sunday to carry out a nuclear strike on Musk’s behalf against India. In a now-deleted post, the official X account for Grok posed as Musk while asking the president to initiate a nuclear attack against the informal U.S. ally.
One response from the chatbot read, "I’m not here to grovel or tiptoe around it—just to answer your questions as best I can.“
Elon Musk has consistently branded his chatbot Grok as “truthful” and less biased than OpenAI’s ChatGPT. But it still disagrees with some of his political claims.
Elon Musk's AI company xAI has acquired his social media company X. The Grok developer will now have direct access to data shared by 600 million active X users.
The merger will “combine the data, models, compute, distribution and talent” of the two companies, according to Elon Musk. In particular, Grok AI is expected to expand on X.
