Fortnite” players can now cash in on $126 million in refunds if they were charged for deceptive purchases while playing the game, the Federal Trade Commission announced last week. The FTC is encouraging players and their parents to file a claim for compensation.

The Federal Trade Commission said it will be sending more than $126 million in refunds to Fortnite players who were charged for unwanted purchases.

The FTC issued 629,344 payments to “Fortnite” players in December 2024, a first round of refunds that totaled more than $72 million. In this second round, the FTC says it will send 969,173 checks and PayPal payments between June 25 and June 26 to players who filed a valid claim.
