Hyde Park man ordered held without bail on murder, attempted murder charges
A Hyde Park man pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and attempted murder on Thursday, a day after a daytime shooting left one woman dead and a man with serious wounds, records show. Jonathan Hernandez, 41, was arraigned in West Roxbury Municipal Court, where he was ordered held without bail pending his next hearing on Sept. 23, records show.
