The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of a Massachusetts student who was barred from wearing a T-shirt to school proclaiming there are only two genders.

A Massachusetts middle school student said his free speech rights were violated when the principal said he couldn’t wear the “only two genders” T-shirt in school.

The country’s highest court on Tuesday announced that it will not hear Liam Morrison’s case against the town of Middleboro.
