Dozens of flights to and from Indonesia's Bali island were canceled after a volcano belched a colossal ash tower 11 miles into the sky, authorities said.

Mount Lewotobi Laki Laki in Indonesia erupted twice on Monday, July 7, sending massive volcanic smoke up to 18 kilometers (11 miles) into the sky, dumping ash on villages and causing flight cancellations.
