A $60 billion plan to spend your tax dollars in Ohio has been signed into law. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is expected to hold a press conference at 10 a.m. Tuesday after vetoing 67 items in the spending bill.

Downs, who was in his first season with Ohio State after spending 2023 with the Alabama Crimson Tide defensive side, also appeared in 16 games, accumulating 82 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two interceptions, six pass deflections and 0.5 sacks.
