T he mother of a 24-year-old man who died in a crash involving former Ohio State football star Kirk Barton expressed outrage after Barton appeared in court on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide.

Ethan’s mother is still processing her new reality and said she wants the highest form of punishment given to Kirk Barton, the man charged in the fatal crash.

Ethan Perry’s mother believes that privilege is continuing. Barton was released from jail after posting 10% of a $500,000 bond set by a judge on Monday.
