After two exciting weekends of NCAA Tournament action, the 2025 Final Four field is set. The bracket started with 68 teams earlier this month, and the field has since shrunk to a mere quartet ahead of what should be a historic Final Four next weekend.
Since March Madness expanded to 64 teams in 1985, the only other year that all four top-seeded teams from their respective regions earned Final Four spots was 2008. That year, Kansas won a national title with an overtime victory over Memphis.
The NCAA tournament's greatest moments in history have been manufactured by teams that crashed the party. Cinderella teams are often the most entertaining participants each year, with the likes of George Mason, Saint Peter's, Oakland, Mercer, Norfolk State and other underdogs creating lasting, grand memories in March.
