ROSSFORD — In a 3-2 split vote, the Rossford board of education approved an agreement with the Collaborative Inc. to serve as the architect for a possible new middle school at a cost of $2.4 million.
The school is named after a former teacher and principal at a school for Black children during the era of segregation.
