Corinne A. Desterdick, 93, of Stroudsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday March 12, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Edward Desterdick who died in 2020.

Corinne Duncan, who worked to give Buncombe County citizens every opportunity to vote in the presidential election following Hurricane Helene, is one of USA TODAY's Women of Year.
