A high pressure ridge is located in the Bight, while a trough remains near the west coast. A weak cold front will brush past the southwest coast on Friday, followed by another weak front later Monday.

Look for windy conditions Tuesday, with gusts to 30 mph in the Phoenix area and gusts topping 50 mph across the high country. A wind advisory is in place for the mountains starting at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
