As Arizona enters the final month of a bone dry winter, almost half the state is experiencing extreme drought conditions.

Tuesday will look very similar to Monday, with the high temperature again reaching around 77 degrees in Phoenix.

The latest winter storm is expected to affect the central Plains Tuesday before moving east into the Mid-Atlantic Wednesday, according to forecasters.
