First Steps is looking to do between $190 million-$210 million around the world in its opening box office weekend.

The site believes that Fantastic Four 2025’s box office performance is still continuing “at an expected pace” and that “tracking and pre-sales fit within the usual Marvel mode.” However, the new numbers are “accounting for direct competition against Superman’s first week of release,” a film which is still displaying “early positive holds.”

Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four: First Steps is expected to deliver a strong domestic box office performance, with projections ranging between $100 million and $125 million for its opening weekend. Industry tracking points to a launch comparable to recent MCU titles like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
