The Phoenix Suns have a new center in Mark Williams after acquiring him in a draft night trade. Williams was taken with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, but failed to live up to the hype with the Charlotte Hornets.

Phoenix’s busy offseason continued, according to multiple reports, with a trade agreement to acquire center Mark Williams from the Charlotte Hornets. The Suns will send Vasilije Micić, the 29th overall pick of this year’s Draft and a 2029 draft pick (the least favorable of Cleveland, Utah and Minnesota) to the Hornets.
