Warm, humid conditions across the central and eastern United States have made the region especially vulnerable to flash flooding, weather forecasters say.
One man is dead and more than a dozen others are injured, including eight children, after they were struck by lightning in New Jersey. ABC News' Morgan Norwood reports on the severe weather.
