Rochester police are investigating the deaths of two people who were found outside a vehicle early Wednesday morning.

Rochester Regional Health is working to cut its spending by temporarily closing hospital beds due to the latest result of a nursing shortage in the healthcare system.

There were no obvious signs of trauma that caused the individuals' deaths, a Rochester Police Department release said.
