USDA reports Boar’s Head plant with ‘inadequate sanitation practices’
WASHINGTON — The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) released a new report on Jan. 10 looking over the Boar’s Head multi-state Listeria outbreak during 2024. The agency acknowledged in its review that it found “inadequate sanitation practices” at the Jarratt, Va., facility run by Boar’s Head.
