New York’s governor says prison workers are being arrested today on murder charges in the death of an inmate who was beaten while handcuffed.

Ten former prison guards have been indicted in the killing of Robert Brooks, a prisoner who was incarcerated at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Marcy, New York.

30-year-old Edward Tutuska of Orchard Park has been found guilty of sexually abusing two children under the age of 11.
