Timothy Timmons, 61, of Plattsburgh is accused of killing 40-year-old Jahfari Joseph the night of Dec. 29 and lying to investigators about the incident.

Joe Hewett pleaded not guilty to all nine charges against him, which include one count of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder.
