Multiple outlets in Italy are reporting that Enzo Le Fee’s transfer from Roma to Championship side Sunderland is now a done deal.

SUNDERLAND appear to have won the battle to sign French midfielder Enzo Le Fee from Roma. After a week of intense negotiations, various Italian media sources are reporting that Roma have agreed a deal with the Black Cats.

Aston Villa's Louie Barry is one of the names to have been linked with a move to the Stadium of Light, while AS Roma's Enzo Le Fee is another big name being linked with Wearside. The 24-year-old came through the ranks at French side Lorient, before rising to prominence under Le Bris in north-western France.

Le Bris has stressed the importance of Sunderland being "accurate" in the January transfer window and signing players who will "connect" with his current squad, on and off the pitch. He believes Le Fee would be a good fit in the dressing room, and wants to strengthen his midfield department before the window closes.
