The Philadelphia Eagles and fans won't have to stress too much over Pro Bowl left guard Landon Dickerson's injury

Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a knee injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday. He arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.

The Browns beat the Eagles on two trick plays: a halfback pass across the field and a hook-and-ladder on a two-point conversion.

Philadelphia Eagles practice on Sunday ended on a scary note when offensive lineman Landon Dickerson went down with an apparent leg injury.
