A 1970s rock legend who co-founded two major bands is dead at age 81. Mick Ralphs, a guitarist and founding member of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, died Monday, according to Bad Company bandmate Paul Rodgers. An official cause of death was not immediately announced.
