Romania’s ruling coalition agreed to hold a planned rerun of the presidential elections on March 23 and a second round on April 6, Digi 24 reported, citing unidentified people with knowledge of the decision.

The survey was carried out weeks after the country’s constitutional court annulled a first round vote in which the far right candidate came first, saying he likely benefited from an illegal campaign co-ordinated by Moscow.
