As the Cleveland Browns get ready to open rookie minicamp on Friday, they have unveiled the jersey numbers for Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel and their 2025 draft class. Sanders will don the No. 12, while Gabriel will wear No. 5.

Sanders' No. 2 jersey number was taken by wide receiver DeAndre Carter. Sanders has been vocal about his football idol, mentioning that he's attempted to model his game after former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Tom Brady, which may be the reason he chose No. 12 to start his NFL career.
