As you have surely heard by now, Los Angeles Dodgers two-way Shohei Ohtani smashed a gorgeous walk-off home run to break a tie vs. the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday night, extending L.A.'s now eight-game winning streak to start the season and just generally wow-ing baseball fans both at home and in the stands.
An autographed Shohei Ohtani relic card from his historic 50/50 season in 2024 sold at auction early Sunday morning for $1.067 million.
Ohtani is the reigning National League MVP and a two-way sensation who is expected to pitch in 2025 after not pitching in 2024 due to elbow issues. With Opening Day here, Ohtani took to Instagram with a three-word message. "OPENING DAY 2025," Ohtani wrote on Instagram with two trophies.
The Los Angeles Dodgers are yet again championship favorites for this season after winning the World Series last year— and they could be getting even better at
