Marvel Cinematic Universe star Don Cheadle and "The Bear" Emmy winner Ayo Edebiri have landed the leads in the Broadway revival of "Proof," opening March 31.

The Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play, written by David Auburn, will be directed by Thomas Kail, a Tony Award winner for his direction of Hamilton. The show is set to play a strictly limited engagement at a Shubert theater to be announced with preview starting March 31, 2026, ahead of an April 16 opening night.
