Our Tasting Panel has developed 12 unique whisky flavour profiles to help group whiskies into easily identifiable categories. Think of them as locations on a flavour map, and prepare to take a journey through our ever-changing selection of single cask, single malt whiskies.

In Scotch, peat flavors join the malt during the kilning process. Feints enter the picture in the middle the spirits run, and they become milder during wood maturation. Mostly developing during distillation, these problematic flavors are moderated through the fluid interaction with copper.
