Sep 8, 2017 · Yep, glass in the panel is definitely cracked. I can see why Dell would say no way to physical damage whether it was accidental in nature. Dec 22, 2019 · Not to dash your hopes, but you will be better off getting another monitor. Cost the same to replace panel as a whole replacement monitor or AiO PC, etc. The same goes for HDTV's. You could probably gently remove the cracked LCD panel from the back light panel and use it as a back light sketch board or something.

Jul 31, 2020 · I managed to find a replacement screen to put in, but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the back panel off without absolutely destroying it. Most LG repair video suggests that it is held on by clips, but any amount of leverage I put on any corner feels like it is going to snap the panel itself before a clip will pop out.

Dec 5, 2012 · I know the procedure to replace the screen is quite costly, but I am going to pay for it anyway. What I want to know though, is if a simple screen protector film increases the durability of the screen. From what I think, I believe that a screen protector is like wrapping a vase in one layer of newspaper- If you drop it, it will still break.

Dec 11, 2024 · Aio screen says temp is 35°C Aio has 2 fans with argb on but on the third one rgbs are off (all fan spinning smoothly) dunno maybe someting is loose So what should I do to understand if the problem is the cpu or mb or ram? Now all I am doing is praying it's not cpu cause I've bought it new from a random seller on ebay. But it was sealed and ok.
